Adult Swimming Programme
ISSC adult swimming programme is run in a friendly and supportive environment. We run two specific sessions for adults on a Thursday evening both costing £8 per session. One to one lessons are also available to help you achieve your personal swimming goals.

Children’s Swimming Programme
Swimming classes for children are delivered in a fun, supportive and safe atmosphere where children can learn how to swim and gain water confidence. The swimming lessons are on a Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The child’s ability will determine which time and group they need to attend. The cost is £7 per lesson and payable in half termly blocks.
Tuesday 4.30 – 6.30pm
Thursday 4.30 – 6.30pm
Saturday 8.00 – 2.00pm
One to One lessons
One to one lessons are available for both adults and children. The cost is £20 for a 30-minute session.
All of the above sessions are run by our fully qualified ASA Instructor Maureen Wright FIST.C.(AQ).
